Duke football has sucked forever and now they have the legal paperwork to prove it. The Blue Devils cancelled the last three games of a four game contract with Louisville. Louisville sued Duke for $450,000 plus any incidental damages that the court wanted to pile on.

Duke’s own lawyers argued in court that Duke was so pathetitic that any Division-1 football team could replace them.Duke is 13-90 since 1999. Last week Circuit Court Judge Phillip Shepherd in Franklin County, KY ruled in favor of Duke. David Cutciffe has Duke football heading in the right direction. They’re now 1-0 since he took over as head coach, and they haven’t even stepped on the field yet.
